Under a bridge next to a river without a road near by. I can only guess at what the point of placing bollards here is. Unless someone with a real hate for bridges wanted to knock it over then I’m going to assume its to stop skateboarding and other wheeled sports from riding on the structure. Fair enough, but half the fun of skating is making something from nothing that means something for nothing, if you get what I mean. Overcoming objects that stand in our way is pretty much how life goes, a bit like skateboarding, for me anyway.
Creativity plays a part, like imagining Neil Worthington scooping an ollie under a human bridge. Arty or stupid it was worth a try, the skaters thought it up. That is until the human bridge started to slip and serious damage to face seemed a possibility, luckily Neil caught him before any damage occurred, I caught the photo of Neil screaming after the first slip, it’s a classic.
The sun moved, the light changed and Neil landed his kickflip. I guess no two moments are ever the same. Well done lad.
